Nature of the Service
The site is a private statewide reference that routes visitors toward South Carolina county release records, SCDC offender tools, supervision records, courts, notifications, and federal resources. It stores no official custody record and cannot confirm a release, change custody, post bond, or file a government document. Third-party research tools may also appear.
Acceptable Use
Access is conditioned on lawful and respectful use.

It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. Users agree not to apply the information to hiring or firing, tenant or housing screening, creditworthiness, insurance premiums, licensing, permits, government-program eligibility, or another FCRA-governed purpose.
